- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- Two Eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Egg yolk
